This sauce is our first collaboration with La Pimenterie! Deep flavours, with rich notes of sweet and salty. The star of this sauce is the forged mushroom. It holds an essence of maple syrup, with woodsy tones.

Ingredients: Butternut Squash, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Red Peppers, Onions, Habanero, Miso, Dried Pepper (Ancho, Arbol, Guajillo), Garlic, Brown Sugar, Salt, Canola Oil, Milky Cap Mushroom, Spices.

Contains Soy/Sulfites

Love the flavour profile in this one. It’s a bit spicy for me, so I mix it with mayo or sour cream etc to make a dip. It’s great! Will buy again.

I received this hot sauce by accident. Neither mushrooms or sweet sauce are for me. In fact, this description seemed repulsive. I gave it a try since I had it and I was so pleasantly surprised by this sauce! I’ve told so many people about it and I purchased two more bottles. There’s a subtle sweetness and a great umami flavor that is so impressive. My family loves it too. I will be keeping a supply of this.

The name is the game

Fantastic taste. The maple is very present but not sweet. Was happy about it cause I m not a sugary sauce fan. Subtil taste of mushroom, really good. Not too spicy to cover the nice flavor but still a nice kick in it.
