This ghost pepper sauce is truly a unique stand alone flavour in the lineup. Based with extra virgin olive oil and heavy garlic, we use ghost peppers to bring the heat hard. Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and lemon bring in a citrusy and floral nose that jumps your taste buds into overdrive. The Sichuan peppercorns leave you with a mild tingling or numbing in the mouth as well. A very interesting sauce with many levels.

Dawson's brings the heat and flavor

I was looking for something really hot to dab on asian dishes, as typical Asian hot sauces and chili oils are more flavour than heat. Wells, this onr says 9.5/10 on the outside of the bottle, and it's 9.5/10 inside the bottle, both in heat and in flavour. Massive endorphin rush that lasts. This is definitely in the super hot category and easily eclipses everything else in my fridge, tread carefully if you aren't experienced with super hots.

Wild and Flavourful

This sauce packs so much heat and flavour. A small spoonful gives a full endorphin rush, which also being manageable and digestible. Pairs well with all kind of savoury Asian dishes especially.

The sauce is thick and sometimes separates into a spicy oil and mash, both of which are great. Really high quality stuff.

An Excellent, Declicious Super Hot Sauce

Finding a sauce that's both delcious and firey hot is rare. Dawson's Sichuan Ghost Pepper is such a sauce. It goes well on a wide variety of food. I've used it on pizza, samosas, spanakopita, in hummus and in vegetable soup, and it was great on all of them. The sauce by itself reminds me of mediterranean food.
