Zuzu's 7-Pot Sauce is our newest sauce, coming hot off season 22 of Hot Ones! In the #9 spot, this sauce packs a big heat, with a unique flavour profile. It's upfront heat comes from the infamous 7-Pot, with a blend of red bell pepper for balance. Licorice notes from Sambuca and fennel, rounded with a slight sweetness from maple syrup. Great with wings, pizza, pasta, and as a marinade.

A must have!!!

So far I haven’t disliked anything that Dawson makes. Very nice sauce on wings or pizza. I plan on using this for a chilli recipe next.

Excellent New Sauce

There's something unique about Zuzu's. It definitely packs a punch, but has a wonderful aftertaste that holds up to many different foods - mac n cheese, cabbage rolls, and of course wings. We could be looking at a new favorite.

The sauce is delicious. It has a lot more kick than the original but still has amazing flavour.

I love the hot în hot sauce so this hits the mark as one of the hottest but still edible sauces out there, however, even for me this is a bit too hot for daily use.

I still give it 5 stars because I would definitely buy this again, but in my heart "the original" is still the beat hot sauce ever made.

I LOVE IT!!

I’m obsessed with this hot sauce! It’s so hot obviously but the actual taste, like the first 7 seconds are amazingly delicious and so full of flavor. Then at about 8 seconds your mouth will be on fire, and I mean FIRE. Worth it though. I love it in sauces for tacos and on wings, of course!
