Dawson's Cremini Habanero is a creamy mushroom sauce with fermented habanero, using rich tones from garlic and onion balanced equally with the tartness and fruity qualities of balsamic vinegar. Sugar free, deep and rich. Habaneros sourced in Ontario, Canada.

Earthy Spicy Perfect

My wife bought me this somewhere in her travels last spring, didn't open it until recently as I had so many others in the house.
What a pleasant, tongue pleasing surprise when I opened this. As someone else noted terrific on eggs, mildly spiced pork or chicken (some lemon chicken last week was awesome).
I even tried it on some brisket burnt ends sandwich this week, just added a different note with the Cremini to all the spices that were already there.
This one goes on the list to buy again which will be shortly as half gone in last month.

Perfect Mixed in Eggs!

I love when the consistency is almost like their mash! It always lets me know it'll cook really well in the pan and not lose flavour.

Such a great profile, earthy and summery; I love mixing it my morning eggs or adding it to taco dinner night!

Another level of flavor...

The flavor is deep. It runs through so many different senses. Not overly hot but has a nice kick.

I use this on all things pasta regardless of the meat.

As someone who likes mushrooms, I was curious to come across a mushroom hot sauce. I would have never thought of the concept otherwise.

I dig it! Definitely has a kick from the habanero but the cremini adds a nice savory balance.
